SAP Data Migration Lead

Project background
– Client are doing SAP S/4 HANA deployment and need Data Migration Leader to work alongside NTT Data- is the implementation partner. The role will involve responsibilities for all
 local (business) activities and commitments to data migration are carried out effectively
and aligned with the programme.
The role will also be responsible for following up Housekeeping activities, leading Data Cleansing cycles and enabling the whole Data Migration process from a business perspective.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

1. Data Migration/Data Cleansing

● Overall accountable for Data Migration (cross functional: PA Vendors,D2P- demand to pay)

● Acting as a focal point between all business teams (e.g. global, wave /local)

● Responsible for all business related DM activities and deliverables

● Providing guidance to local data migration teams and stakeholders in terms of methodology training e.g. cleansing and other business related activities

● Accountable for overall business data migration activities planning, risks and issue management, communications and senior management escalation

●Tracking of business deliverables and accountable for business readiness and business data quality

● Track and monitor continuity of Data Cleansing activities together with the business teams with corresponding reporting

● Align local data clean up and local readiness to ensure preparation is completed

● Guide the involved Team members before/during/after cleansing activities

● Defines and is accountable for business resourcing and skill demand

● Aligns on compliance of data migration topics

Experience

● Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented team player and ability to prioritize and organize work effectively

● Project Management experience in global / virtual teams/
Strong leadership and people management experience

● Good x-functional knowledge within the local deploying location

● 5+ years of experience in manufacturing & in handling master data in pharma/healthcare industry

● Expert knowledge in master data lifecycle management

● 5+ years of hands on experience in delivering data migration / data clean-up activities, preferably in Pharma/healthcare industry

● Proven track record of managing data migration activities with the ability to manage demanding timelines and operate in a complex environment

● Good knowledge of SAP MDG, S/4 HANA. Solution Manager is a plus

● Knowledge of GxP and CSV

● C-level fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must , German is a plus
