Your Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily direct contact with external asset managers and multi-family offices.
- Provide professional and efficient support in managing client inquiries and processing client orders.
- Assist client advisor with administrative and client-facing tasks in their day-to-day activities.
- Gain comprehensive exposure to the full range of UBS's service offerings.
- Play an integral role in achieving team objectives and enhancing client satisfaction.
Your team
You will join the Global FIM Europe team in Zurich, where we work with external asset managers and multi-family offices across Europe. Our clients include a diverse range of end clients, such as private individuals, trusts, foundations, and domiciliary companies, making the work both varied and exciting. As a Client Account Manager, you will be instrumental in meeting client needs and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships through your dedication and expertise.
Your expertise
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education/training.
- At least 2 years of experience as an assistant at the front, ideally in a Wealth Management environment.
- Familiarity with account openings for individuals and, ideally, for domiciliary companies.
- A passion for client interaction and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative team player with a quick grasp of new concepts.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
- Resilience under pressure and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
