Your responsibilities

Marketing campaigns

  • Drive execution of go-to-market strategies and tactical plans to maximize growth of our integrated biologics late stage solution portfolio in line with set business platform objectives
  • Design targeted omnichannel marketing campaigns to engage with specific customer segments with the right marketing mix to raise awareness, generate demand and nurture communities
  • Develop impactful marketing materials and narratives that articulate compelling value propositions using data-driven insights and engaging storytelling
  • Execute content development for marketing initiatives aligned with our positioning, brand, marketing and growth objectives such as website development or site open days
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution. Leverage expertise from other marketing functions as needed

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain sales collaterals, including customer presentations
  • Coordinate the development of sales training tools to empower our sales organization
  • Other adjacent areas of contribution such as value proposition, segmentation or offering development could be considered depending on the candidate profile

Your experience

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in marketing within a highly regulated industry, ideally with CDMO exposure
  • Strong writing and content development skills with attention to detail
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and autonomously, delivering results on time while anticipating and resolving challenges to ensure successful outcomes
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in leveraging AI tools
  • Proficient in English language, with strong written communication skills
