YOUR ROLE
As a DevOps Architect, your role will be to lead the strategic migration of a complex GitLab ecosystem to GitHub, ensuring a secure, scalable, and efficient transition.
- Migration Leadership: Architect and execute the end-to-end GitLab to GitHub migration, leveraging proven methodologies and best practices;
- CI/CD & DevSecOps Expertise: Design robust pipelines using GitHub Actions, integrating security and compliance throughout the development lifecycle;
- Technical Proficiency: Apply strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, YAML), Git expertise, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform;
- Cloud & Containerization: Support cloud-native deployments and container orchestration to ensure scalable and resilient environments;
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate delivery with offshore DevOps teams.
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years in DevOps, including 5+ years in architecture roles;
- Proven experience in large-scale GitLab to GitHub migrations and CI/CD pipeline redesign;
- Expertise in GitHub Actions, DevSecOps practices, and GitHub Copilot for CI/CD acceleration;
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, YAML), Git proficiency, and experience with Terraform and cloud-native deployments;
- Certifications in GitHub, AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
