Verantwortung für definierte strategische Beschaffungsaktivitäten im Bereich Indirect Procurement
Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Category Strategien für Kategorien indirekter Beschaffungsumfänge – unter anderem CAPEX, Verpackungen, technische Gase, ITC, Professional Services/Consulting, Marketing & Kommunikation sowie HR-Dienstleistungen
Strategisches Lieferantenmanagement (Identifikation, Evaluation, Qualifikation, Entwicklung, regelmässige Performance-Reviews, Bündelung von Volumen, Risiko- und Performance-Management)
Sicherstellen eines effizienten und regelkonformen Beschaffungsprozesses (Beschaffungsmarktanalysen, Ausschreibungen, Benchmarking, Verhandlungen, Ausarbeitung und Abschluss von Lieferantenverträgen, Realisation von Kosten- und Prozessoptimierungen)
Beraten und challengen interner Stakeholder (u. a. Produktion, Technik/Engineering, Qualität, IT, HR, Marketing) in Beschaffungsfragen und bei der Ausgestaltung von Anforderungen
Leitung und Mitarbeit in BU-übergreifenden Projekten – beispielsweise in Logistik- oder Facility-Projekten – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der jeweils verantwortlichen Business Unit
Implementierung von Best-Practices und Optimierungsprojekten (z. B. Rahmenverträge, Standardisierung, eProcurement/Kataloglösungen) zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Kosten, Qualität, Lieferfähigkeit und Compliance
Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine gleichwertige Aus-/Weiterbildung
Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von indirekten Gütern und Dienstleistungen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und analytisches Denken
Selbständigkeit, Teamorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke
ERP Kenntnisse (D365, SAP)
