The role
As a
Digital Product Owner
, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful digital products for our clients. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user needs, guiding cross-functional teams through the journey from vision to execution.

What's Important To Us

• Fluency in German is required; understanding Swiss German is highly preferred, fluent in English
• You hold a university degree (FH, Uni, ETH) or have acquired equivalent knowledge and practical experience
• A growth mindset and the motivation to take on personal and professional challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests and build trustful relationships.
• Curiosity about technology, innovation, and business transformation.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with hands-on execution.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and leading discussions with colleagues and clients.
