System and Process Specialist

We are looking for a System Support and Integration Manager to lead strategic integration projects, ensure compliance with GxP standards, and align systems with the data strategy, by analyzing business needs, implementing system improvements, managing master data, and driving harmonization across global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the processes and configuration are working in an
  • integrated GxP environment and are in line with the TRD system and data strategy.
  • Lead system integration and lifecycle management projects
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity
  • Collaborate across functions to align business processes with digital tools
  • Mentor teams and promote a culture of innovation and learning

Requirements:

  • Technician or Bachelor/Master in Life Science or Information technology (analytical / organic chemistry / pharmacy / pharmaceutical development, IT)
  • Advanced degree in science of relevant discipline (Ph.D., MSc or equivalent)
  • Familiar with IT tools (eLN, GLIMS, SAP) and strong interest in new digital tools
  • 5 years experience within GMP environment
  • Working knowledge in pharmaceutical research and technical development quality principles driving drug development such as GMP
  • Understanding of general Regulatory and Quality guidelines regarding drug development
  • Experience in upgrading existing IT tools into the mobile IT world (smart phones, tablets)
