Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Lugano. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and strong commercial awareness to ensure our brand identity is consistently and effectively represented across all visual touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising concepts in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and retail teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Plan and execute seasonal store layouts, window displays, and product presentations.
• Oversee visual merchandising guidelines for international stores and ensure consistent application.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay updated on visual trends.
• Support visual merchandising during new store openings and special events.

Requirements:

• Senior VM with at least 6 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within the fashion industry.
• Strong proficiency in Procreate, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Availability for business trips within Switzerland and abroad.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
