Business Analysis - Compliance vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:
  • Define business requirements within the Compliance area.
  • Develop dashboard requirement specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyse and document business processes.
Your experience/knowledge:
  • Proven experience in business analysis within a compliance context (KYC)
  • Good knowledge of analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Experience in defining dashboard requirements.
  • Language skills: English fluent
Your soft skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
