who want to scale their businesses in the digital environment through ethical, consultative, and relationship-driven sales.


We're hiring: Senior Social Seller (Expert Level)

Are you passionate about sales, love interacting with people, and truly understand how to sell through conversations on social media?

Then this role is for you.

As a
Senior Social Seller
, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic sales conversations primarily via
Instagram and WhatsApp
, working directly with large Expert accounts in the digital market.

Your mission is to
attract, connect, nurture, and convert leads into clients
, positioning the Expert's products as real solutions based on the lead's needs.


Role Overview

You will work with
hidden and organic Instagram audiences
(likes, comments, story views, followers), building genuine relationships that gradually evolve into sales opportunities.

The objective is to:

  • Build audience demand organically
  • Qualify leads correctly using connection, nurturing, and conversion techniques
  • Maintain a
    flawless CRM
    for tracking every interaction
  • Drive consistent weekly sales opportunities

You will gain deep exposure to digital businesses at scale and continuously improve your commercial skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social selling strategies, scripts, and cadences on Instagram
  • Generate qualified leads through personalized outreach and relationship-building
  • Conduct consultative conversations via Instagram and WhatsApp
  • Monitor sales KPIs and optimize performance continuously
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and updated CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams
  • Create persuasive and engaging sales-oriented content (nice to have)


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Seller or in a similar sales role
  • Ability to respond to leads within
    2 minutes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Polite, empathetic, and professional interpersonal style
  • Impeccable written communication
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social selling strategies
  • Strong skills in lead approach, rapport, and qualification
  • Psychological awareness (you'll work closely with Experts and their audiences)
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on goals
  • High level of self-management, ownership, and proactivity
  • Ability to handle rejection with emotional intelligence and persistence
  • Flawless English and German. (additional Languages are differential)
