Salesforce is our long-term business supporting platform which has the following product enabled: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Certinia and others third party systems.

Role Purpose
In this role, your duties will include supporting the entire Salesforce ecosystem. To ensure success in our environment, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration & management, ability to exchange with different stakeholder to identify and clarify business requirement, and track change requests with an agile methodology in a compliance-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and the IT Business Applications Team to gather, refine, and document business requirements, translating them into effective and scalable Salesforce technical solutions
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, and deployment of custom functionalities and applications
• Ensuring Salesforce Platform complies to IT policies and development standards
• Ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce integrations and applications by proactively identifying and addressing technical challenges
• Provide end-user support and training

The Essential Requirements Of This Job Include

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a similar environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools including Flow Builder, Process Automations, Data modeling, Security & Access Control, Page Layouts and Lightning Page Builder, Report and Dashboards
• Proficient in Salesforce scripting and programmatic development, including Apex programming, SOQL querying, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, Apex test class creations
• Proficient in managing and manipulating large volumes of Salesforce data using
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with financial systems and/or integrations with ERP systems
• Experience in release management/DevOps in Salesforce environment
• Experience in a compliance-regulated environment
• Certification as Salesforce administrator, Platform Developer or Platform App Builder
