Job Title: Part-Time Junior Accountant (15–20 hrs/week)

DocIT is looking for a
Part-Time Junior Accountant
to join our team at our Reinach office. This role is ideal for
students or early-career professionals with a finance/accounting background
who are looking for hands-on experience in a growing international organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and maintain financial accounts for our group companies
• Support payroll processing and related documentation
• Liaise with Swiss authorities for matters related to
  taxation, social contributions, and salary compliance
• Manage all incoming and outgoing payments
• Follow up with customers and vendors on outstanding payments and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting

Requirements

• Educational background in
  Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• German language proficiency
  (spoken German preferred)
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Physical presence is mandatory
  – role requires working
  15–20 hours per week from our Reinach office
