The newly established Supply Chain Management Group (Prof. Nathan Kunz) within the Department of Informatics at the University of Fribourg invites applications for a PhD position focusing on humanitarian and/or sustainable supply chain management. The position is funded for up to 5 years and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful research.

Ihre AufgabenConduction of rigorous, practice-oriented research in the field of humanitarian and/or sustainable supply chain management, using quantitative and qualitative methodsContribution to ongoing and newly developed research projects, publication of their findings in high-quality academic journals, and work toward completing their PhDThe specific research topics will be defined collaboratively, considering the candidate's interests, skills, and alignment with the group's research prioritiesParticipation in teaching activities at the Bachelor's and Master's levels, including leading exercise sessions, supervising student projects, and assisting with administrative tasks
