Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA
gère les réseaux de distribution multimarques en Suisse et dispose de 7 Shop-in-Shop au sein des magasins Manor à travers le pays. Nous proposons des marques comme Swatch, Tissot, Balmain, Mido, Rado, Hamilton et Certina. Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons de suite et pour une durée indéterminée un/une :

Job Description
Vous contribuerez activement au bon fonctionnement du point de vente en garantissant un accueil client de qualité et en assurant une présentation soignée des produits.

Tâches :

  • Accueillir et accompagner la clientèle en offrant un service personnalisé
  • Participer activement aux opérations quotidiennes et soutenir l'équipe en boutique
  • Contribuer à la gestion de la caisse et aux opérations d'encaissement
  • Veiller à la bonne tenue de l'espace de vente : présentation des produits et respect des standards de merchandising
  • Appliquer les procédures internes mises en place par la société

Profile

  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience préalable dans la vente
  • Des connaissances dans le domaine de l'horlogerie constituent un sérieux atout

Professional Requirements

  • Vous êtes proactif, à l'aise dans les relations humaines et faites preuve de flexibilité
  • Vous êtes orienté client et disposez d'une bonne capacité d'écoute
  • Vous avez une excellente présentation et un sens aigu du service
  • Vous avez de la facilité avec les tâches administratives

Languages

  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais ; la connaissance d'une autre langue est un atout
