Aufgabenbereich
  • Ressourcenplanung, Aufgabenpriorisierung und Sicherstellung effizienter, termingerechter Projektumsetzung
  • Führung und Coaching eines interdisziplinären Teams (Kreation, Administration, Lernende) Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen und -projekten (Print, Digital, Events)
  • Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung von CI/CD- sowie Qualitätsstandards
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung teaminterner Prozesse und Tools, insbesondere Integration neuer Technologien (z. B. KI-gestützte Tools)
  • Übersetzung von Briefings in klare Arbeitsaufträge und Koordination der Umsetzung im Team
Anforderungsprofil
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Marketingproduktion, Projektkoordination oder im Agenturumfeld inkl. erster Führungserfahrung
  • Weiterbildung im relevanten Bereich (z. B. Eidg. Fachausweis Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, Kommunikationsfachfrau/-mann, CAS/ MAS in Marketing, o. Ä.)
  • Erfahrung mit Marketing Automation, Analytics, CRM, CMS (idealerweise Drupal) und digitalen Tools (z. B. Showpad, Canva, JotForm)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, Ressourcensteuerung und Timing
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office und SharePoint
  • Organisationstalent, Prozessdenken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Affinität für KI-gestützte Tools und Offenheit für neue Technologien
