The Position

Werden Sie Teil unseres Produktqualitätsteams bei Roche Pharma (Schweiz) AG (RPS) und tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Produkte den höchsten nationalen und internationalen Standards entsprechen. Unser Team stellt die Einhaltung aller relevanten GMP/GDP-Regularien sowie interner Roche-Richtlinien sicher und arbeitet eng mit lokalen und globalen Stakeholdern zusammen.

Als Quality Assurance Manager übernehmen Sie eine Reihe zentraler Aufgaben im Bereich der Produktqualität und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Linienführung sowie der spezialisierten Führungsfunktion der Fachtechnisch verantwortlichen Person (FvP) zusammen.

Die Möglichkeit

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HMG Art. 7, AMBV Art. 17 und 18 sowie MepV Art. 54 (für die Rolle als Distributor von Medizinprodukten exkl. Software als Medizinprodukt) und Implementierung der gültigen GMP/GDP-Regeln und Roche-internen Richtlinien.

  • Wahrnehmung der Rolle als Stellvertretung der FvP, mit der Befugnis, in deren Abwesenheit Weisungen gemäß AMBV Art. 17 und 18 zu erteilen.

  • Management der Produktfreigabe und -rücksendungen (einschließlich Batch-Statusfreigabe oder -ablehnung) für den Schweizer Markt.

  • Bewertung und ggf. Entscheidung über Qualitätsmängel (Abweichungen, Reklamationen, OOS, Rückrufe, Fälschungen) sowie Teilnahme an Roche Global Expert Group (GEG) Meetings und Zusammenarbeit mit Swissmedic bei Bedarf.

  • Management von Change Records, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Änderungen des Produktportfolios (Einführung, Veräußerung und Straffung).

  • Bereitstellung von Fachexpertise für lokale (z.B. Squads, IdeeFix) und globale Stakeholder.

  • Leitung von Inspektionsbereitschaftsprojekten, Durchführung von Selbstinspektionen und externen Lieferantenaudits.

Wer du bist

  • Ein akademischer Abschluss in Biowissenschaften (Life Science) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation (bevorzugt).

  • Vorkenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung (Quality Assurance) (bevorzugt).

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (erwartet).

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP/GDP-Regularien und anderer internationaler Bestimmungen für die Pharmaindustrie.

  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Professionalität, mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe operative Aufgaben unabhängig auszuführen und oft gleichzeitig an mehreren Projekten zu arbeiten.
