Senior Blockchain Developer

MISSIONS :

  • Concevoir, développer et déployer des
    smart contracts
    pour un écosystème de finance décentralisée (DeFi).
  • Gérer le cycle de vie complet des smart contracts DeFi — de l'idéation et la conception jusqu'aux phases de test, de déploiement et de maintenance.
  • Collaborer avec les autres ingénieurs et les équipes produit pour définir et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités basées sur la blockchain.
  • Réaliser des tests unitaires et des tests de résistance approfondis afin de garantir la robustesse et la sécurité des smart contracts.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration de l'infrastructure blockchain et des processus de développement.
  • Se tenir informé(e) des dernières avancées en matière de blockchain, DeFi et technologies liées aux smart contracts.

  • Passion pour la DeFi et la Blockchain
    : Enthousiasme pour la finance décentralisée et les technologies blockchain, avec une forte envie d'innover dans ce domaine.
  • Esprit agile
    : À l'aise dans un environnement de startup dynamique où les objectifs évoluent rapidement et où l'agilité est essentielle. Capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées avec des informations partielles, à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Solide bagage technique
    : Plusieurs années d'expérience pratique en développement de cryptomonnaies et de solutions blockchain - environ 5 ans- Excellentes compétences en développement logiciel, maîtrise de plusieurs langages de programmation et expertise confirmée dans la conception, le test et le déploiement de smart contracts sécurisés en
    Solidity
    . Bonne compréhension globale des protocoles DeFi.
  • Travail d'équipe
    : Expérience dans des équipes collaboratives travaillant sur des bases de code complexes et évolutives, avec une attention particulière à la maintenabilité et à la scalabilité. Une expérience en leadership est un atout majeur.
  • Excellente communication
    : Français et/ou Anglais à l'écrit comme à l'orale
