We're Hiring: Desktop Support Technician (Band 2) | Basel, Switzerland
We're looking for a
dedicated and experienced Desktop Support Technician
to join our team at a client site in
Basel (Lichtstrasse 35, WSJ-210, 4056)
. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional enterprise environment, providing both local and remote IT support across hardware, software, and core business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on and remote technical support for hardware, software, and business apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively, meeting SLA targets.
- Manage and maintain support tickets.
- Support IT asset deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in a Desktop Support or similar IT role.
- Strong German skills (B2 level minimum or native speaker) – essential for local user support.
- Proven technical troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and a strong sense of professionalism.
