Job Description
As part of Jungbunzlauer's product management, our technical support team provides the personalised service and assistance to our sales team for customers and distributors needing to overcome the daily technical challenges they face when using our fermentation-based ingredients.

Responsibilities
As member of the Technical Support team, you will interact with Technical Support Specialists, sales and production plants to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain regulatory documentation for the fermentation-based ingredients Jungbunzlauer produces, their packaging and labelling.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing consultancy for customers and colleagues on product specific regulatory inquiries
  • Creating and maintaining regulatory documentation materials and presentations
  • Monitoring global and regional relevant regulations (Food, Feed, Cosmetics…) and ensuring compliance in products, packaging, and labelling
  • Preparing technical submissions for international product registrations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or ideally Master's degree in Natural Sciences
  • Ideally, at least 1-2 years of professional experience in the regulatory field for food ingredients
  • Experience in communicating with authorities and working with external service providers
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English
  • High quality of work, reliability, and commitment
  • Outstanding learning ability, deep curiosity, ownership mentality and team spirit
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and organisational skills
