Der Bereich Energies and Utilities ist an den Standorten Basel & Kaiseraugst verantwortlich für die Versorgung der Areale mit Energien und Medien. Dazu betreiben wir smarte, nachhaltige, zuverlässige und Behörden konforme Energie-, Medien- und Arealsysteme.
Das Sicherstellen der Behörden und GMP Compliance der relevanten Systeme, Energien und Medien wird deine zentrale Aufgabe sein.

Duties:
- Monitoring & Trending: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Bewertung und Interpretation von Trending-Berichten für kritische Prozess Medien (PW, Gase)
- Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Trends (Out of Trend - OOT) und einleiten von präventiven Massnahmen, bevor Grenzwerte verletzt werden
- Datenanalyse: Beurteilung von Kennzahlen der betrieblichen Compliance und Durchführung von Logbuchkontrollen sowie Reviews der Monitoring-Daten auf Plausibilität und Datenintegrität
- Sicherstellung Compliance: Gewährleistung der behördlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben im operativen Betrieb sowie Umsetzung der Pharma Quality System-Vorgaben (PQS, GSP)
- Abweichungsmanagement: Initiieren und Bearbeiten von Dokumenten im Quality System Veeva Vault (Deviation/ Change/CAPA), insbesondere bei Auffälligkeiten im Medien-Monitoring
- GMP-Support: Erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei GMP-relevanten Fragestellungen (GMP-Coach), Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung der Circles zur Sicherstellung eines GMP-konformen Betriebs
- Inspektionsbereitschaft: Gewährleistung der Inspektionsbereitschaft (Front- und Backoffice) und Koordination der Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) bei Behördeninspektionen
- Dokumentation: Bearbeitung übergeordneter SOPs und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von PQS-Vorgaben in den Dokumenten des Prozess Management Systems
Qualification and experience:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im genannten Bereich
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Interpretation von Trendanalysen für pharmazeutische Mediensysteme (Wasser, Gase)
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Betrieb mit Prozesswasser (WBI/WFI)- und/oder Gasversorgungssystemen im GMP-Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse in der Qualifizierung und Validierung
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von technischen GMP-Anforderungen der Zulassungsbehörden (RHI, FDA, EMA etc.) und im Bearbeiten von Deviations, Changes und CAPAs
- Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätsdaten, Verständnis für Alarm- und Aktionsgrenzen sowie Erfahrung in der Bewertung von OOT/OOS-Resultaten
- Fähigkeit, aus Monitoring-Daten systemübergreifende Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und Berichte grafisch sowie inhaltlich präzise aufzubereiten
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Google Suite) - Insbesondere fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel & gSheet werden zur effizienten Datenverarbeitung und Visualisierung von Trends zwingend vorausgesetzt
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von GMP-Schulungen und Unterweisungen für operative Mitarbeitende
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Compliance-Themen verständlich zu vermitteln, um das GMP-Verständnis und Qualitätsbewusstsein im Team nachhaltig zu gewährleisten
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
