Internship Opportunity: Clinical Operations Intern (6 months)

We are currently looking for
three motivated Interns
to join our clients
Clinical Operations team
for a
6-month internship
.

clinical research

Your Tasks

As part of our Clinical Operations team, you will:

  • Support the operational management and oversight of clinical trials throughout set-up, conduct, and archiving phases
  • Coordinate site contracts, as well as the preparation and distribution of study documentation and materials
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and archiving of the
    electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
  • Track project activities and maintain relevant trackers
  • Organize coordinator shipments and ensure study sites receive the necessary materials
  • Support finance-related activities such as
    invoice review, purchase order (PO) creation
    , and tracking
  • Perform additional administrative and project-related tasks as assigned

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a
    Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in a natural science field (e.g. biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, or similar)
  • Strong interest in
    Clinical Research
    and operational processes
  • Excellent
    organizational skills
    and a
    keen eye for detail and quality
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
    (written and spoken)
