A leading multi-family office is looking to hire a mid-senior level individual with corporate finance / investment banking experience to join their team. The family office manages the wealth of entrepreneurs with institutional capital, managing a significant amount of AUM and looking to grow their team and investor base.

In this role, you will be working closely with senior stakeholders including company founders, senior executives, and investors, among others.

The role is multi-faceted and involves:

  • Providing corporate finance advisory (Equity & Debt Capital markets, including shareholder advisory) across the capital structure for companies
  • Conducting in-depth equity & credit analysis of companies, structured funding solutions, and offering ECM / DCM advice
  • Performing due diligence on investment opportunities
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of group companies owned by the firm's principals
  • Advising on wealth diversification strategies
  • Leading transaction due diligence across M&A, ECM, DCM, and alternative capital investments

Candidates should have:

  • At least five years' relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related role with strong knowledge of wealth management
  • A well-developed international network of investors, corporates, private equity and growth capital entrepreneurs with a significant proprietary P/L
  • Strong financial modelling skillset
  • A top-tier academic background (Masters degree preferred)
