PRICING STRATEGY MANAGER

MISSION
: Develop and implement pricing strategies across all sales entities and channels to enhance profitability, ensure regional alignment, and strengthen market competitiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to ensure pricing decisions support overall business goals and reflect market dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pricing Strategy Development
  Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions using data analytics, market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
• Develop pricing models and rebate structures based on customer segments, product categories, and geographic markets
• Lead the implementation of a new pricing tool using value-based pricing methodology, support the integration into CPQ tool
• Continuously adapt pricing models to reflect changing market conditions
• Market & Data Analysis
  Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviour to identify pricing opportunities
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to make sound pricing proposals
• Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, and statistical software to forecast pricing impacts
• Maintain pricing databases and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Performance Monitoring
  Define and track KPIs to evaluate pricing impact and profitability
• Generate regular reports on pricing performance. Present pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership
• Training & Development
  Support sales teams across the globe on pricing strategies, tools, and policies to enhance overall commercial performance
• Stay informed on industry best practices and innovations in pricing. Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing systems and tools

PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record in a value-based pricing structure and a pricing tool implementation for industrial/technical products.
• Experience with Strategic Planning and Market Research; ability to make data-driven decision, with strong analytical skills.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration, competences to manage complex projects and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerBI, CRM systems, pricing automation tools, French and English.
