DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Optimierung und termingerechte Bereitstellung von Reportings
  • Du automatisierst bestehende Reports unter Einsatz von Power BI und think-cell
  • Du führst ad-hoc Analysen durch und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab
  • Du hältst die CRM-Daten durch regelmäßige Massenuploads aktuell, initiierst gemeinsam mit der IT gezielte Optimierungen für mehr Userfreundlichkeit und stellt die Compliance im Umgang mit dem Tool sicher
  • Du unterstützt die Sales Teams bei internen Initiativen und Projekten
  • Du bereitest fundierte Präsentationen für Kundenbesuche unserer Sales Teams vor
  • Du verantwortest die Einhaltung des Pricing-Prozesses sowie der zugehörigen Richtlinien und stellst deren Umsetzung sicher

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast dein Bachelor-Studium (vorzugsweise in BWL) abgeschlossen und befindest dich im Master-Studium
  • Du bist bereit, neben deinem Studium ein 60%-Pensum zu übernehmen. Wir bieten dir dabei flexible Arbeitszeiten, frei wählbare Arbeitstage sowie die Möglichkeit, im Homeoffice zu arbeiten – mit einem Präsenztag pro Woche im Büro.
  • Idealerweise hast du erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten in einem ähnlichen Bereich sammeln können
  • Du hast überdurchschnittliche Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Excel & Powerpoint, sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Du besitzt grundlegende SQL-Kenntnisse, gute Power-BI-Kenntnisse und allenfalls auch mit CRM-Systemen (vorzugsweise MS Dynamics)
  • Du kommunizierst mühelos in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. B2/C1)
