Product Manager

At Resolve, we are rewriting the rules of Swiss mortgages.
We combine a powerful digital platform with top-tier advisory services to offer a financing experience that is fast, transparent, and undeniably superior. We are scaling rapidly, and we need a Product Manager who can keep up with the pace. We believe getting a mortgage should be simple, fast, and transparent. The Mission

As a key member of the Product team, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, data, and technical execution. Working alongside the CPO and our engineering team, you will be instrumental in driving the evolution of the core applications that power our business. You won't just manage a backlog; you will solve complex problems to make our mortgage process smarter and more efficient.

You will join us in
one of our offices anywhere in Switzerland
, and we offer a hybrid work environment with
2 days of home office per week
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roadmap & Specs:
    You will draft functional specifications, prioritize developments, and define the product roadmap to align with business goals.
  • Operational Excellence:
    You will lead high-impact projects focused on
    Financial Intelligence
    (better insights for users),
    Advisor Efficiency
    (optimizing internal tools), and
    Empowerment
    (giving autonomy to clients and partners).
  • Data & Analytics:
    You will define success metrics (KPIs), monitor usage data, and transform raw numbers into actionable product insights to measure success.
  • AI Integration:
    You will explore and implement
    Artificial Intelligence
    opportunities to automate workflows and enhance decision-making speed.
  • User Centricity:
    You will exchange regularly with internal and external users to validate product relevance and identify friction points.
  • Project Management:
    You will handle complex integrations, from onboarding new software and managing partners to setting up reporting and supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence:
    You will conduct active monitoring of the fintech landscape to keep Resolve ahead of the curve.

Your Profile

  • Experience:
    Proven experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Problem Solver:
    You have a logical mind. You love untangling complex knots, identifying root causes, and implementing structural solutions.
  • Data-Driven:
    You are comfortable reading data to measure success. You don't just guess; you verify.
  • Organized:
    You are methodical, rigorous, and able to manage multiple timelines without losing focus.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    You have a strong appetite for digital subjects and understand how software is built.
  • Languages:
    You are
    fluent in English and German
    (mandatory). French is a strong plus.
