Located in Genève, the company offers a supportive working environment and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. ## Job Description ## * Manage and organize daily appointments and patient schedules efficiently. * Handle phone calls and provide accurate information to patients in both French and English. * Welcome and assist patients upon arrival at the reception desk. * Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality and precision. * Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and communication. * Manage administrative tasks, including billing and invoicing. * Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and professional at all times. * Provide general support for the day-to-day operations of the office. ## The Successful Applicant ## A successful medical secretary/Telephonist should have: * Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills. * Previous experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry. * Proficiency in standard office software and tools. * A professional attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service to patients. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. ## What's on Offer ## Our client offers you: * A permanent position in a well-respected organization in Genève. * A positive and professional work environment. * The opportunity to develop your skills in the Healthcare sector.
