Who You Are

As we start our operations in Switzerland, we are looking for purpose-driven, value-based servant leaders who want to be change-makers to work with us as Licensed Partners and Leadership Coaches who will

1)
SELL
and
Develop Business

2) Deliver through our unique LMI process (coaching, facilitation, and goal-directed action behavior change process) of leadership development solutions and programs.

Note: This opportunity is for coaches with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build their business in partnership with LMI. Sales & and business development are an integral part of that to grow your business.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and attitude to build a scalable coaching business passionate about serving and coaching leaders and organizations working in Switzerland and/ or Germany to grow. Whether you are:

1) an Independent consultant, 2) an existing Consultant or Coach who wants to grow your practice by offering state-of-the-art leadership development solutions and programs, or 3) an ex-corporate professional who wants to bridge from corporate to establish a scalable leadership development coaching business.

Your Responsibilities

The partner leadership coach is an independent contractor & and entrepreneur working in partnership with a revenue-sharing scheme and is responsible for the following:

• Learn and understand and get
  certified in the LMI development process
• Selling and Promoting
  Leadership Development Solutions
• Delivering, Facilitating, and Coaching
  Leadership Development Journeys
• Build client relationships for referrals and continuous business
• Participating in continuous learning and activities in the Leadership Development International Community in Switzerland
