modular market operating system
to modernize a historically complex IT and process landscape. This future-ready architecture will streamline operations, reduce costs, and enable faster innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation project in a dynamic industry. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to build a scalable, customer-centric architecture that drives sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the business architecture in alignment with strategic goals
  • Develop a target vision for commercial processes (sales, pricing, incentives) using cross-industry best practices
  • Translate business needs into actionable architecture, process flows, and data models
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and scalability
  • Provide thought leadership and support in transformation governance

Required Background

  • Proven experience in business architecture and enterprise transformation
  • Strong skills in process and data modelling
  • Ability to tailor state-of-the-art commercial models to specific business contexts
  • Familiarity with B2B service models, ideally in logistics or related industries
  • Fluent German (mandatory) and English
  • Availability for regular onsite presence in Bern
