Du unterstützt eine zentrale Initiative zur Stärkung des operationellen Risikomanagements und der regulatorischen Compliance. Im engen Schulterschluss mit dem Non-Financial-Risk-Team sicherst du die Wirksamkeit der Kontrollumgebung, identifizierst Schwachstellen und begleitest nachhaltige Verbesserungen.

  • Analyse & Bewertung von Kontrollen: Unabhängige Beurteilung von Kontrolldesign und Kontrollwirksamkeit; rechtzeitige Eskalation relevanter Findings an Stakeholder.
  • Kontrolltests & Dokumentation: Durchführung von Kontrolltestaktivitäten gemäss definierten Prozessen/Standards; lückenlose Dokumentation mit Fokus auf Genauigkeit und Vollständigkeit.
  • Reporting & Methodenarbeit: Erstellung regelmässiger sowie ad-hoc Kontrollberichte für Management/regulatorische Zwecke; Mitarbeit an Verfahrens- und Methodendokumentationen.
  • Zusammenarbeit & Stakeholder-Management: Klärung von Kontrollzielen/Testanforderungen mit Kontrollverantwortlichen; Abstimmung mit regionalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams.

  • Qualität & Termineinhaltung: Lieferung in erwarteter Qualität innerhalb der definierten Prozesse und Fristen.

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Analyse/Bewertung von Kontrollsystemen und in der Durchführung von Kontrolltests.

  • Routine in Dokumentation von Testergebnissen sowie Berichtserstellung.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Eigenverantwortungsgrad.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit; Fähigkeit, verlässlich Deadlines einzuhalten.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und bereichsübergreifenden Teams - nice-to-have
  • Vertrautheit mit FINMA-RS 2023/1 Operationale Resilienz und verwandten Anforderungen - nice-to-have
