Vos responsabilités

  • Saisie et traitement autonome des commandes

  • Planification et coordination des techniciens d'installation

  • Gestion des délais pour les maintenances annuelles

  • Assurer une planification efficace des ressources en tenant compte des aspects écologiques et économiques

  • Réalisation des tâches administratives dans le domaine de responsabilité

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée dans le domaine commercial ou technique, complétée par une formation continue dans le domaine technique/commercial

  • Expérience professionnelle en planification, idéalement dans les secteurs de la sécurité et/ou de l'informatique

  • Excellentes connaissances linguistiques en allemand et en anglais, toute autre langue nationale est un atout

  • Esprit d'initiative, approche orientée vers la résolution de problèmes

  • Très bonnes connaissances des outils Microsoft Office

  • Personnalité résistante au stress, autonome, tout en étant capable de travailler en équipe, amicale, communicative et orientée client
