Today we are leaders in Switzerland and Luxembourg and expanded to six new countries in 2021, but we are now ready to take over the whole European continent with our business in an ambitious expansion plan. An achievement we are confident in accomplishing in the next 3 years

For this reason, we are looking for an Agent Recruitment Lead in the Headquarters in Lausanne or in our Zürich office. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle for the cleaning professionals in Switzerland as well developing a training and retention program.

Your Mission

  • Leads and builds a team to recruit, train, and retain over 2000 cleaning agents in Switzerland to provide a 5-star customer experience to all Batmaid clients
  • Recruit the best cleaning agents, over 100 per month - in all regions of Switzerland.
  • Develop from ground up Learning & Development program for cleaning agents in Switzerland. Soon to be scaled across Europe
  • Build cleaning agent retention plan to further drive Batmaid user retention
  • Monitors and reports performance of department to General Manager and proposes and implements corrective actions
  • Assesses and improves processes and workflows to further scale operations
  • Manages end-to-end employee lifecycle of the team including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, promotion and termination
  • Collaborates effectively with other department heads and proactively contributes to the country growth plan
  • Working with Group Human Resources will look for synergies and opportunities for broader collaboration with Human Resources

Your weapons

  • Fluent in English and French or German is mandatory. Italian would be strong plus
  • A very strong strategic and analytical mindset
  • Hands-on and pragmatic
  • Human Resources, Recruitment and/or Marketing experience is a plus
  • Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and out of the box thinking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage projects and multitask at scale
