Verantwortung

  • Unterstützung der Verkaufsabteilung durch betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung sowie kritische Analyse von Umsätzen und Margen
  • Durchführung von detaillierten Soll/Ist Abweichungs Analysen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette (SCM, Produktion, Sales)
  • Mitarbeit bei Budget, Forecast und Mehrjahresplanungen inklusive Abstimmung mit S&OP und Produktionskapazitäten
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Ad Hoc Reports und Vertriebsdashboards
  • Begleitung von Pricing-Initiativen, Rabattanalysen und internen Projekten zur Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • 8–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, davon mindestens 5 Jahre im Produktions oder Sales Controlling
  • Erfahrung in der Industrie, sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Power BI und ERP-Systemen (SAP oder Advaris)
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift einwandfrei, Englischkenntnisse vorhanden
