Group Key Account and Customer Experience Director
to play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic growth agenda and enhancing the customer journey across our organization.
Position overview
:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading Strategic Account Management at Vetropack Group to support the successful delivery of our company strategy. You will play a key role in leading initiatives to enhance the customer experience across the organization. At the same time, you will foster commercial excellence by cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within the Sales function, optimizing both people and processes. A major focus will be the digitization of sales, leveraging technology such as CRM to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization, as well as implementing prioritization tools to maximize growth and profitability.
This opportunity is for you if you have a strong sales background with proven experience in managing key accounts, solid CRM expertise, and a true passion for customer excellence. Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Key Account Management practices, including account planning based on the Gartner Competency Framework.
- Design, deliver, and manage sales training and development programs, starting with the Key Account team.
- Drive customer excellence and engagement activities with Group Key Accounts.
- Develop and implement value-creation tools to optimize Cost to Serve for key customers, supporting margin growth.
- Lead the tri-annual customer satisfaction survey, leveraging milestone reviews and actionable insights to improve overall VP scores.
- Build and manage the opportunity pipeline with Sales Leadership, supporting processes to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the digitization of Sales and Marketing initiatives, including CRM, to meet agreed-upon objectives.
- Collaborate with HR to reduce time to revenue, increase job satisfaction, and ensure adherence to corporate sales processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on programs, initiatives, and results for senior leaders.
- As a member of the Sales Leadership Team, actively contribute to the development and delivery of Sales 2030 initiatives.
Successful candidate:
- Proven expertise in leading and managing key accounts, driving strategic growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Bringing over 7 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a key account management leadership role.
- Skilled in project management, with the ability to lead complex initiatives and cross-functional programs.
- Fluent in English at C1 level, with strong command of CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Known for exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and building lasting business relationships.
