The Role
We are looking for a motivated and quick on their feet Trainee to join our Medical Department within the Fertility, Endocrinology & Cardiometabolic Care Business Unit for a 12-month period, starting immediately or as mutually agreed. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to launch their careers in the pharmaceutical industry by gaining hands-on experience in medical affairs and driving cross-functional strategic and operational projects. You will work alongside a team of dedicated and experienced professionals, making a meaningful impact for couples suffering from infertility and patients with growth hormone disorders in partnership with their healthcare providers.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • A keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry and passion for medical affairs
  • A degree in the fields of natural sciences, medicine, or a related field
  • Experience in consulting is a plus
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German; French is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating in a team setting
  • Good analytical skills as well as proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • Dynamic personality and high level of initiative
