En tant qu'Operational Account Manager spécialisé sur les
sites anglophones
,
vous serez le point de contact principal pour nos clients et assurerez la coordination et la gestion des opérations de sécurité sur leurs sites. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction des clients, le suivi de la qualité des services et la gestion de l'équipe sur le terrain pour garantir la sécurité des sites.

Responsabilités principales

Opérations

  • Gérer et superviser les opérations de sécurité sur plusieurs sites clients, en s'assurant que toutes les politiques et procédures de sécurité sont suivies.
  • Contrôler la performance opérationnelle et mettre en place des plans d'action en cas de déviation des objectifs de service.
  • Coordonner et déployer les équipes de sécurité, en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations et l'allocation efficace des ressources.
  • Effectuer des audits de sécurité réguliers et s'assurer que tous les rapports et documents de sécurité sont à jour.
  • Assurer une couverture annuelle des services statiques avec une vision à 3 mois dans Comète.

Planification

  • Organiser et préparer la planification des missions attribuées, sous la validation finale de l'équipe de planification du personnel, dans le respect de la LTr et de la CCT.
  • S'assurer de la bonne gestion du personnel : gestion des effectifs par site, des absences et suivi des compteurs.
  • Effectuer la commande logistique et assurer la gestion du matériel d'engagement (qualité, utilisation correcte, suivi, etc).

Relation client

  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients et gérer la communication quotidienne pour garantir leur satisfaction.
  • Analyser les besoins en sécurité des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Développer des rapports d'activité et de performance pour les clients et la direction.

Encadrement & Formation

  • Encadrer et former les agents de sécurité en fonction des besoins opérationnels et des exigences de sécurité.(après validation des demandes de formation7immersion sur site auprès du COO selon les procédures internes)
  • Garantit la bonne gestion du suivi des ressources, effectif et heures productives des mandats, en collaboration avec le service de gestion des ressources et la planification du personnel.

Profil recherché

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais niveau B2 minimum (parlé et écrit)
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de comptes clients et/ou en gestion opérationnelle dans le secteur de la sécurité (minimum 3 ans)
  • Connaissance approfondie des protocoles de sécurité, des technologies de surveillance et des systèmes d'alarme
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de gérer les attentes des clients
  • Compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs sites ou projets en simultané
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion (Excel, logiciels de reporting, CRM)
  • Aptitude à travailler en autonomie et à prendre des décisions rapidement pour répondre aux situations d'urgence
  • Compétences supplémentaires souhaitées :
  • Expérience en gestion de budgets et suivi des KPI en sécurité
