Professional Guides across Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany, and Austria.

Role:

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients during their journeys, ensuring high-end experiences for individuals, families, and groups. Your professionalism, adaptability, and interpersonal skills will directly contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.

While initially focusing on coordination and operational support, you will progressively provide
expert insights on historical sites, cultural landmarks, museums, and local heritage
, enriching the client experience beyond logistics.

Responsibilities:

Client Management & Guiding

• Organize and lead private tours, transfers, and luxury experiences for individuals, families, and corporate groups.
• Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and personalized attention for all clients.
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions during missions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in required languages.
• Deliver engaging commentary on
  historical landmarks, museums, and cultural experiences
  .
• Customize experiences to match client interests in
  art, history, gastronomy, and heritage sites
  .

Logistics & Coordination

• Collaborate with chauffeurs, concierges, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage schedules, reservations, and itineraries with precision.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Reporting & Feedback

• Provide feedback and reports on each mission to support continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tours, visits, and client preferences.
• Suggest enhancements to itineraries based on
  cultural, historical, or artistic value
  .

Wanted Profile

• Based across Switzerland, France, Italy, and Austria.
• Punctual, professional, flexible, and highly reliable.
• Proven experience guiding groups, families, or business clients in luxury travel.
• Fluent in two or more of the following languages:
  French, English, Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, Russian, Italian, Spanish, or German.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and adapt to different cultural expectations..
• Deep interest or experience in
  history, art, and cultural tourism
  .
• Knowledge of local customs, landmarks, and cultural highlights in the assigned regions.
