Die MF Group ist Spezialist für komplexe Projekte, welche verschiedene Absatzkanäle und Zahlungsmittel kombinieren. Dank der MF Group können Händler ihre Waren und Dienstleistungen risikofrei auf Rechnung anbieten und erhalten den Einkaufsbetrag des Kunden immer sofort und garantiert ausbezahlt. Dies auch, wenn sich ein Kunde für die beliebte Teilzahlung entscheidet oder sich die Zahlung verzögern sollte. Mit ihren Payment-Dienstleistungen, zu denen auch Kredit- und Geschenkkarten zählen, bedient die MF Group nahezu sämtliche grössere stationäre und Online-Händler der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Primäre Ansprechperson für unsere Geschäftspartner
  • Selbstständige Betreuung eines zugewiesenen Portfolios mit regelmässigen Treffen vor Ort oder online
  • Gezielte Weiterentwicklung und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Prozessentwicklungen
  • Analyse und Überwachung von Umsatz und Risikofaktoren

Dein Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung in Kundenbetreuung
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft und Eigeninitiative, um an massgebenden Erfolg des Unternehmens beizutragen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Französischkenntnisse und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
