Verantwortung
- Produktvision und -roadmap für das Entry-Exit-System (EES) entwickeln, abgestimmt mit den Fachzielen und dem Product Manager
- Anforderungen im Product Backlog erheben, priorisieren und verwalten, in Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern, Kunden und dem Entwicklungsteam
- Features in User Stories übersetzen und das Team bei der Sprintplanung unterstützen
- Entscheidungen und Auswirkungen klar gegenüber Stakeholdern und dem Entwicklungsteam kommunizieren
- Annahmen und Anforderungen durch Feedback prüfen und den Business Impact analysieren
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich, ergänzt durch relevante Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Business Analyse, insbesondere als Product Owner/in in einem agilen Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in Entwicklung und IT-Architektur sind von Vorteil
- Sicheres Auftreten in zwei Amtssprachen sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
