Mit einem erfahrenen Team von über 100 Mitarbeitenden richtet sie sich darauf aus, individuelle und nachhaltige Lösungen für die Herausforderungen ihrer Kunden zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. ## Stellenbeschreibung ## In erster Linie sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Lösungen perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zugeschnitten sind, reibungslos funktionieren und kontinuierlich optimiert werden. Dabei sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für technische Beratungen, konfigurieren innovative Softwaretools entsprechend den Anforderungen, analysieren Störungen und stellen die Stabilität der Systeme sicher. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für laufende Serviceleistungen, bereiten Kundenmeetings vor und führen diese eigenständig durch. Zudem unterstützen Sie das Sales-Team bei technischen Anfragen und bei der Angebotserstellung. ## Anforderungsprofil ## \- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik \- Erfahrung in der Parametrisierung von Softwarelösungen \- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Server, SQL und Exchange, Skript- bzw. Programmiersprachen sowie Schnittstellen \- Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung \- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Teamgeist Sind Sie bereit für eine neue Tätigkeit mit Verantwortung und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten?
