Demand for our products is growing, and we are looking for someone who can efficiently handle incoming requests — and generate new ones. As we actively expand our product portfolio, we need someone who can gather customer insights and help create products that truly match their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the sales process for AI products, including product demos, proof of concepts, pilot projects, analysis of customer requirements, and creation of implementation plans (AI Cloud Integration).
  • Driving proactive Sales activities to generate new opportunities, convert leads into customers, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Close collaboration with Head of Business Development, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to optimally adapt AI solutions to customer needs and accelerate Sales cycles.
  • Delivering convincing presentations and actively participating in customer discussions at the C-level.
  • Analyzing, developing, and documenting business cases for the use of AI products.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent German and English skills at a professional/proficiency level (C1–C2). Other languages are a plus.
  • Professional experience at tech companies or tech start-ups.
  • You enjoy sales and active collaboration with customers.
  • Experience in revenue/quota carrying roles.
  • You can communicate AI concepts clearly, have empathy, and are enthusiastic about interacting with people.
  • You enjoy a hands-on approach. We won't box you, instead give your responsibilities where you can develop and perform at your best.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or Cloud.
  • Experience in the Insurance or E-commerce Industries.
