Technical Production Support Manager

Gérer le groupe TPS qui opère en soutien (maintenance / alimentation) de la fabrication. Vous garantirez une performance stable, prévisible et en amélioration continue des infrastructures / équipements, tout en respectant les contraintes de temps, de ressources et de coûts.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Management d'une équipe de Techniciens opérant dans des équipes en 5x8 pour un service de maintenance / alimentation pour les clients internes (Fab...)
  • Développer les compétences afin d'accroître durablement le savoir-faire de chaque collaborateur
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation dans le cadre du système qualité : procédures, check-lists, standards et normes, informations des fournisseurs d'équipements
  • Assurer une communication claire et structurée inter-départements
  • Assurer le suivi des actions pour garantir un soutien continu et une efficacité des interventions
  • Fournir un appui technique lors de problématiques complexes et en cas d'acquisition de nouveaux équipements
  • Participation à des projets d'amélioration continue

Profil souhaité :

  • Formation technique supérieure
  • Expérience industrielle confirmée, dans le domaine des semi-conducteurs = un atout
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que manager
  • Leadership, fédérateur, dynamique
  • Organisé et méthodique, esprit d'analyse
  • Maîtrise des outils : 5S, 8D, FMEA, FDC
  • Excellentes capacités de travail et de gestion du stress
  • Expérience dans les relations et collaborations avec des fournisseurs externes
  • Français : courant / Anglais : bonne maîtrise
