Responsibilities/What You'll Do

  • Independently manage the day to day administration of international mandates (trusts, companies, and fiduciary structures) holding bankable and fixed assets in terms of assets and beneficiaries
  • Take ownership of mandates and coordinate transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, and advisors worldwide
  • Working within a team and alongside a Trust Manager who holds overall client and mandate responsibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Make fiduciary decisions within company guidelines and policies
  • Oversee financial, accounting, and administrative aspects of assigned mandates
  • Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members

Requirements/What We're Looking For

  • A strong academic background and professional experience in law, banking or fiduciary services
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and proactively, maintaining a positive attitude and resilience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing situations
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
  • Flexible in the work organization and co-operative team player with high ethical standards
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Fully computer literate (MS Office)
  • STEP qualification (or willingness to pursue) is highly valued
