To support our continued growth, we are looking for a
Downstream Process Scientist
to join strategic biopharmaceutical projects with our clients in the
biotech field
. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge process development activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your Role
- Develop and optimize downstream purification processes at laboratory scale
- Conduct experimental work using
chromatography systems
and
TFF/UFDF platforms - Lead process development and optimization activities with a high degree of autonomy
- Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data, proposing continuous process improvements
- Collaborate closely with development and manufacturing teams to support successful process transfer
- Experience with
hormone purification
is a strong plus
Your Profile
- Advanced degree in
Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Process Engineering, or a related discipline - 3–5+ years of experience
in downstream processing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry - Solid hands-on expertise in chromatography and tangential flow filtration
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and analytically minded
- Knowledge of hormone-related processes is an advantage
