Microsoft Exchange Engineer (m/w/d) IT / Telecom / Internet

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Aufbau und Betreuung von Exchange Online-Umgebungen sowie Durchführung von Migrationsprojekten aus bestehenden On-Premises-Infrastrukturen
  • Technische Konzeption und Umsetzung von Microsoft 365 Services mit Schwerpunkt auf Messaging und Collaboration
  • Beratung der Kundschaft hinsichtlich Best Practices , Sicherheitsstandards und Compliance-Vorgaben im Bereich E-Mail und Kommunikation
  • Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung wiederkehrender Abläufe durch Skripting (PowerShell, Graph API o. Ä.)
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten rund um den Modern Workplace – z. B. Integration von Teams Voice oder SharePoint Online
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen (2nd-/3rd-Level-Support)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Exchange (Online und auch On-Premises)
  • Tiefgehendes Wissen im Microsoft 365-Ökosystem , insbesondere Exchange Online, Hybrid-Setups und Azure Active Directory
  • Routiniert im Einsatz von PowerShell zur Automatisierung administrativer Aufgaben
  • Kenntnisse angrenzender M365-Komponenten wie Teams, OneDrive, Purview oder Defender for 365
  • Von Vorteil: Einschlägige Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. MS-203, MS-700)
  • Selbstständige, analytische und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
