- Technische Beratung rund um Jira, Confluence & Co
- Einrichtung von Workflows, Integrationen und Anpassungen
- Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen wie Intranet, Helpdesk, Kundenportale
- Durchführung von Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme
- Aktive Rolle in der Projektbegleitung und im Wissensaustausch
Qualifikationen
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Atlassian-Tools oder Bereitschaft zum Einarbeiten
- Interesse an technischen Lösungen und Tool-Konfiguration
- Erfahrung mit Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
- Kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
