Role Overview

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Your role includes enforcing content policies, addressing user concerns, and working closely with your team to maintain a positive and secure online environment. Keeping up with emerging trends will be essential for refining moderation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Review: Assess videos, images, comments, and links to verify adherence to community standards and remove inappropriate content.
  • Policy Enforcement: Apply platform rules across different types of digital content.
  • User Support: Handle user appeals, providing clear explanations for moderation decisions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work alongside your team to ensure all legal requirements are met.
  • Trend Monitoring: Analyze user behavior, detect emerging risks, and refine moderation tactics.
  • Process Improvement: Offer feedback to enhance moderation tools and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
  • German proficiency (fluent level).
  • English proficiency ( minimum B2 level).
  • EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field.
