Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client, an international financial institution, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to assist in reviewing risk client relationships and transaction monitoring for a 3-month assignment with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate high-risk client relationships, including complex corporate structures and international exposures
- Analyze transactions and customer documentation in accordance with AML and VSB requirements
- Review account opening forms and identify politically exposed persons (PEPs) and risk industries
- Ensure compliance with applicable Swiss regulations and internal guidelines
Experience & Qualifications:
- Swiss-qualified lawyer or legal professional with Swiss market experience
- Strong knowledge of AML (GwG) and VSB regulations in Switzerland
- Experience handling complex corporate client cases
- Fluent in German; French is a strong plus
