En tant que
Test Manager
chez IVY Partners, vous serez en charge de :

  • Définir la
    stratégie de tests globale
    (unitaires, intégration, UAT, non-régression, performance).
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre un
    référentiel de tests unifié
    (structure, nomenclature, traçabilité, KPI).
  • Sélectionner et déployer les
    outils de test
    (Azure DevOps Test Plans, Xray, Zephyr, etc.).
  • Élaborer les
    plans de test
    et coordonner leur exécution avec les équipes métiers et IT.
  • Piloter les
    campagnes de test
    et superviser le suivi des anomalies (analyse, priorisation, résolution).
  • Définir et déployer une
    politique d'automatisation des tests
    (choix des outils, mise en place des premiers scripts, formation des équipes).
  • Documenter les processus QA et formaliser les bonnes pratiques.
  • Produire les
    reportings qualité
    (indicateurs de couverture, taux de réussite, criticité).
  • Promouvoir la culture du test au sein du programme et accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes.


Profil
:

  • Expérience confirmée (10+ ans) en
    gestion de tests
    sur projets ERP ou systèmes complexes.
  • Expérience dans la
    structuration de référentiels de tests
    et la
    mise en place from scratch d'une démarche QA
    .
  • Connaissance des
    ERP Microsoft (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ou équivalent)
    .
  • Maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs outils de gestion de test (
    Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, Katalon AI
    …).
  • Familiarité avec les
    pratiques d'automatisation
    (Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman ou équivalent).
  • Excellente capacité d'organisation, rigueur documentaire et esprit analytique.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes métiers, IT et externes.
  • Certification
    ISTQB Test Manager
    ou équivalent
