YOUR ROLE

As a Managing Consultant in the Supply Chain Management within the Intelligent Industry team at Capgemini Invent Switzerland, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives that help clients design, optimize, and future-proof their end-to-end supply chains. Based in Zurich or Geneva, you will operate at the intersection of business, strategy, and IT—delivering innovative solutions and measurable impact across sectors. As a key contributor to our Intelligent Industry offering, you will mentor junior consultants, collaborate across disciplines, and help clients embrace digital innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation.

Your tasks:

• Designing and optimizing production and distribution networks to enhance supply chain performance;
• Developing advanced warehousing and fulfilment solutions;
• Analysing and optimizing material flows for both internal and external logistics;
• Designing intelligent distribution logistics solutions;
• Streamlining spare parts and service management;
• Shaping business process reengineering initiatives, optimizing business processes and systems;
• Ensuring seamless integration of business, strategy, and IT processes for seamless, end-to-end process execution.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields with outstanding academic records;
• Knowledge of WMS tools for warehousing, SAP EWM for logistics and transfers, SAP APO, PP, PP/DS, or ANAPLAN for planning, and ARIBA for procurement;
• Knowledge of process design, optimization, and implementation for supply chain management or logistics;
• 6+ years of management consulting or in supply chain operations, combined with practical experience in digital transformation, supply chain management or logistics in Life Science, Consumer Products & Retail, Manufacturing or High-Tech sectors;
• Exposure to project management for complex transformation projects using agile frameworks and tools;
• Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation; structured work capacity and high analytical skills to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm, combined with eagerness to learn, adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills in English and either German (for Zurich) or French skills (for Geneva) are mandatory on the C1 level minimum;
• Very good MS Office skills;
• High reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
