Auf der Versicherungsseite (Group Asset Management) verstärkst du das Financial Controlling. Du steuerst Planung, Budgetierung und Forecasting, stellst ein aussagekräftiges MIS bereit, begleitest Integrations- & Projektkosten sowie Synergieprogramme und unterstützt Management-Entscheidungen mit fundierten Analysen.

  • Erstellung von Hochrechnungen, Planrechnungen und Business-Plänen für Group AM.
  • Aufbau und Verantwortung für das Management-Informationssystem (MIS) inkl. Kennzahlen, Treiber und KPIs zur Steuerung.
  • Business-Partnering: Unterstützung der Kostenstellenverantwortlichen und GL-Mitglieder bei Budgeteinhaltung.
  • Kosten- & Treiberanalysen inkl. Auswertungen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Projektkosten-Controlling in enger Abstimmung mit Projekt-/Prozessmanagement.
  • Vertretung des Asset Managements in gruppenweiten Finanzprojekten (Finance Integration, Kostensynergien, Effizienzprogramme).
  • Erstellung von Analysen & Management-Präsentationen mit klaren Empfehlungen.
  • Überblick über SLA mit internen und externen Partnern; Monitoring finanzieller und leistungsbezogener Parameter sowie Initiierung von Optimierungen.

3 Tage Onsite

  • Abschluss/Qualifikation: Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer:in oder dipl. Expert:in in Rechnungslegung & Controlling.
  • Erfahrung: ≥ 5 Jahre im Finanzbereich, idealerweise im Asset Management oder einer vergleichbaren Finanzinstitution.
  • Fachwissen: Audit, Financial Reporting, Controlling, Planning & Accounting; sicher in IFRS und OR.
  • Arbeitsweise: hohe Eigenverantwortung, Qualitätsbewusstsein, strukturierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit.
  • IT-Skills: Versiert in ERP-Systemen, Power BI, Excel und PowerPoint; ausgeprägtes digitales Mindset und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar darzustellen.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher.
